Played key role in converting TRICARE Military Health Services’s various legacy systems into one web-based, call-center CRM application allowing health care representatives to manage their daily workflow and reporting needs. Designed user workflow diagrams. Translated data and ideas into infographics. Proposed new nomenclature and workflow efficiencies.
